ДИНАМИКА ПРОСТРАНСТВЕННЫХ ТОПОСОВ В РАССКАЗЕ ДОРИС ЛЕССИНГ «КОМНАТА 19»

Аннотация

Рассматривается поэтика пространственных образов в рассказе «Комната 19» (1963) известной британской писательницы Дорис Лессинг. Предлагается «пристальное прочтение» текста с акцентом на семантике маргинальных и  «транзитных» пространственных локализаций, лишенных социальных маркеров (чердак дома, комната отеля, съемная комната, съемная комната привокзального отеля).  Этапы показанного в рассказе экзистенциального кризиса героини представлены в динамике пространственных топосов: от кризиса патриархального идиллического пространства дома (М. Бахтин) через маргинальные и транзитные «неместа» (М. Оже) к финальному небытию. Мучительный поиск героиней своего «Я», свободного от ролей, предписываемых социумом, ассоциируется с поиском «своей комнаты» (В. Вульф). Однако пространством, соответствующим самоосуществлению героини, оказывается съемная комната привокзального отеля, в которой героиня добровольно уходит из жизни.
