Ecosystem Development for Business as Mediacompany Growth Technology
Abstract
Vladimir I. Kozlov (Rostov-on-Don, Russian Federation)
The article is an example of the development of the regional media company “Expert South” in the context of the falling market of the printed press. The enterprise could gain growth by adopting a new strategy, diversifying the business, developing a project approach to public communications, creating an ecosystem for business around the firm. The result of the implementation of the anti-crisis strategy was the growth not only of the company as a whole, but also, first of all, of the traditional printing direction.
Key words: Russian media, public communications, print press, regional market, ecosystem for business, advertising.
