Abstract

Явление расово-этнической нетер­пимости в США, которое всю исто­рию страны носило «наследственный» характер, в самой новейшей истории превратилось в свою полную противо­положность — в тиранию толерантно­сти. Статья посвящена рассмотрению роли СМИ в этих процессах и прово­дит параллели с современной россий­ской практикой деятельности средства массовой информации в освещении межнациональных проблем.
