FREQUENCY ANALYSIS OF TOPONYMS IN TEXTBOOKS ON THE ACADEMIC DISCIPLINE "CLASSICAL LITERATURE"

The article is devoted to the frequency analysis of place names in textbooks on the discipline "Classical Literature". The analysis of these lexical units was carried out in two stages – first by computer, and then by manual processing of texts. The objective of the research was to identify the lexical features of the text of the subject area, as well as the features of the frequency dictionary of the discipline "Classical Literature", due to the uniqueness of the course under consideration.
