ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF BUSINESS COMMUNICATION CULTURE

The article deals with the questions, connected with the formation of new communication culture, effectiveness of oral and written forms of business communication under present day conditions. The necessity of practicing new technologies of non-verbal communication such as active usage of visual channels and audio links is stressed. The author draws attention to the importance of adequacy of semantic perception and interpretation of transmitting information in the process of business communication. The significance of etiquette design of electronic business letter is underlined, in the basis of which the maxima “respect” lies, thus ensuring the effectiveness of communicative strategies implementation.
