ОПЫТ И ПРОБЛЕМЫ ПОДГОТОВКИ НАУЧНЫХ КАДРОВ В США
Abstract
В статье на примере американских университетов рассматриваются особенности реформ в системе подготовки научных кадров. Отличие американской модели подготовки специалистов-исследователей от европейской системы - в продолжительности и методической организации. Американская схема подготовки часто включает пятилетнюю PhD-программу. В первые два года очень большой упор делается на обучение, в последующие годы - на проведение исследования. В отличие от Европы, в американские пятилетние программы PhD могут приниматься бакалавры.
