Abstract

Olga I. Osipova (Vladivostok, Russian Federation)

The characterization of the narrative, adapted to the specifics of the author’s fairy tale, designed for the younger preschool age, allows a comprehensive look at the poetics of this meta-genre. Thanks to the narrative theory, one can consider the dynamics of the development of a modern author’s fairy tale, define compositional features, the art of character creation, and the narrative perspective. The picture of the world of literary tales is determined by artistic time and space, reflected in the most neutral, common lexical units. The character in fairy tales reflects the author’s position, he is the bearer of the idea and often goes the way of self-improvement.

Key words: narrative strategy, chronotope, author’s fairy tale, character, picture of the world, cycle of fairy tales.
