DIGITAL ETIQUETTE IN BUSINESS COMMUNICATION: TYPICAL MISTAKES AND WAYS TO PREVENT THEM

Digital technologies are gaining more and more popularity in a person's life and radically affect the communication process. It is necessary to create appropriate limits (norms and rules of etiquette behaviour) in the business communication.
This article analyzes articles devoted to the culture of business communication in the digital environment, comprehends the personal experience of the authors, analyzes the results of a questionnaire of students of a technical university about digital etiquette, emphasizes the importance of forming a culture of business communication among students.
