Abstract
В статье представлены основные виды правонарушений, совершаемых американскими журналистами и СМИ, раскрывается специфика информационных споров в США, представлены механизмы защиты- журналистов от обвинений в клевете, вторжении в частную жигнь и правонарушений, связанных со сбором информации.
