LINGUISTIC MEANS OF INFLUENCE ON AUDIENCE IN LEGAL DISCOURSE
Abstract
From the view point of rhetorics speech understanding lies in its perception as a recipient of the voice and representation of characters that would like to convey its creator. Part of the audience of public oratory uttered in court - opponents or active participants in the meeting. One part of the audience has the right to respond to cues, the other part of it - just listeners or viewers listening dispute of interest, or on duty, if a judge. Thus we perceive the judiciary as two types of recipients of active-passive and passive. This kind of dialogue is a dialogue that separates the audience. Persuasive argument depends on the quality level of the audience. Thus it is the audience that is a factor in determining the level of techniques of persuasive argumentation. As the lawyer must justify the consistency of its position in court to argue his decision to justify the opinion in the scientific community, the legal discourse contains a high degree of reasoning.
Key words: legal discourse, precise vocabulary, law discourse, rhetorical argument, negative emotions, emotional reasoning, assessment and expressive adjectives, logical stress.
